Love the idea of a shark fun aerial! 😂

Can't make the 30th but if it ends up later I'd be in

I had the Motons rebuilt and serviced recently. The new stuff is still in production - the damper lengths on the 86 are proving difficult to get it working as they want. Most recent update was end of January but in reality, even if that's the case, it'll be easter before it's on the car.
-
You're a fan then @Rich? 😂
-
It does actually come with heat shielding and I've got some zircoflex on the way to give a bit more thermal protection. There may also be something from Rasty at some point that may help. If only I was going to Japan... 🤔
-
I also picked this up the other week to try:- Picked it up for a few reasons, firstly the oil cooler lines are very tight to the back of the OEM airbox even with it modified to make more space and this will leave loads of room, secondly I wanted more induction noise and thirdly it was on a really good offer from @Lucas@PartBox

No, I know. Just email James and he'll be able to sort you out I'm sure.
-
I ordered mine from Amber @Lauren @James@Amber had no problem getting them 👍
-
I've got the Stoptech centrics - cheaper than OEM and (I've read) better
-
I also got to make good use of the winter tyres today on the way to work in the snow that we had. Definitely caused some confusion to other motorists that the 86 seemed to be having no problems while they were sliding all over the place! 😂
-
A few bits arrived today courtesy of @Lucas@PartBox First up a Cusco magnetic drain plug:- Next up some extra bracing. Cusco steering rack reinforcement and a Cusco rear chassis brace:- Finally a Cosworth baffled sump plate:- Finally, after getting increasingly fed up with the quantity of morons on the road I picked up a cheapie dash cam when I was in Aldi the other day which I fitted this afternoon:- For the price it seems fairly decent but we'll see how the recordings actually come out.

I'm Midlands based and it's where I went to get mine. They were very helpful

Demontweeks isn't that far and has a wide range to try on. GSM in Nottingham also carries helmets I believe. Autosport at the NEC in January may also be worth a visit.
-
I had a map and no manifold. You get some gains and smoothing of the torque dip but nothing like you'll get with a manifold and map
-
If your budget is £200 I'd consider the project Mu pads. HC800+ if you want decent daily use from them or clubracers if you're happy to sacrifice some daily drivability. Also worth looking at the carbotech offerings too.

You will get bumper sag from removing and refitting the bumper. The more you do it the worse it gets.
-
One thing to consider is I think you have to remove the bumper to clean or replace the filter on the Perrin intake which is a bit of a pita.
-
Looking for a trend without giving the option of 'no problem' seems a bit pointless - it'll just produce a 100% response of 'there is a problem'. Better surely to give the same choices in the questionnaire for not having an issue to see how much of an issue the coil pack eml is (if at all)?
-
Ah, fair enough. I ordered a couple of bits so that'd make sense.
-
Mine had a free delivery option?
-
Order placed 👍 Cheers @Lucas@PartBox

Would it be possible to get a heads up on the sort of prices we'll be looking at for the various bits people have mentioned @Lucas@PartBox - be useful to know exactly how much we need to be finding down the back fof the sofa / selling organs for! 😂
-
Any chance of cusco steering rack support kit and rear crossmember brace @Lucas@PartBox?
-
Better to remove it. Many dealers won't touch the car modded
