I've had to have the 3rd / 4th synchro replaced on stock power
-
I'd do the suspension

Any news on this?

Thanks to @Steeps for the picture

Good decision sir! 👍 (Also comes with indicators I see.... 😂)

Yes for road but if it's road only I'd probably go to more the -1.5° rear and -2 front (or as close as you can get with camber bolts anyway)
-
0 toe at the front and a little toe at the rear with around -2/2.5° camber front and -1.5/2° camber rear works well
-
The bushes would allow you to even the camber up - you would decrease the high side and increase the low side - you don't want 0 camber at the rear. Between -1.5 and -2 degrees is a good setting.

Yes I think I probably could. I am looking into some options for a high flow cat replacement (that works) though to save any mot hassle as I know the cat in the JDL is borderline for mot passing alone.

Yes, catted manifold and stock second cat

While I remember static exhaust reading at Bedford was 82.x so should be no problem for pretty much any track in the UK.

We can try it - not sure if curbs will show much temperature to see a difference? I need to try the obd tools with my old phone - think they might not like the OnePlus

Missed the Tapatalk post before I replied @Ade 👍

This is what I can see and if I click play it seems to work?
-
Have you had the alignment checked?
-
No sorry. I can't seem to get any of the obd port tools I have to work anymore.

The best lap I have recorded from Bedford yesterday. I'd never been before and at 4.2 miles per lap I spent most of the day trying to learn where I was. I managed to go quicker later in the afternoon after being out with @DanJ but by that point my battery had died in the camera as I'd forgotten to turn it off between laps. Watching the video I can still see there is obviously plenty of time to be gained next time!

A quick video showing the SPA gauge on startup below:- I was at Bedford for a track day yesterday and used the gauge to keep an eye on the oil temperature and pressure on track. The pressures were ok but the oil temperature was easily hitting 120° within 3 laps so I'm pretty sure I'm going to go ahead with the oil cooler installation.

I've been speaking to @lucasruss and he and the team at Co-ordsport have kindly offered to host the next Midlands meet as a Co-ordsport open day on Sunday 30/07/17. The day would begin around 10am and, wether permitting, there'll be a BBQ, some parts displays, the Cosworth 86 to have a look at and a chance to get an insight into what Co-ordsport do and can offer for the 86/BRZ. Parking limits attendance to around 50 cars maximum so please get your name down if you're interested in coming along. Their address is:- Unit 1, Cleton Street, Dudley. DY47TR. 1. Deacon 2.
