    Will300's Subaru BRZ Build

It should be a pretty accurate recording of what it actually sounds like from outside. In theory.

    GT-Eighty-Chris' Build

You have to buy the decat pipe separately, the cat back is from the second cat back - res or non res just replaces the centre resonator. If you do get the cat replacement pipe too it'll be even louder.

    Will300's Subaru BRZ Build

We recorded this video clip today of @will300's exhaust set up (Ace CS 400 manifold with Avo catback) running through the revs to 7k rpm and just driving normally. Makes quite a scream at the top end!

That sounds about right to me. @Mike's was about 4db quieter on held revs and about 10db lower on the spikes. Think Mike's set up is TD uel manifold and Miltek resonated catback?

    My GT86 Progress Thread

Welcome on board! I'm a fan of the dark on black look too:-
  13. Buddies is past Silverstone for me and @will300 so we'll see you there πŸ‘
  14. Yep email on Friday for me too. Apologies for the state of my car. I'm just coming out of a bout of man flu 😞
  15. I use them for daily use as well but they're more biased towards weekend and track use than the Flex A's for instance. A big part of the time I've spent on them with Moton has been making them more daily friendly. As a bonus because they have sooooo much travel compared to a lot of other dampers they're excellent on big potholes, etc!
  16. Hello, My Motons are for sale. They will be off the car and available in around 8 weeks. They have been on the car for about 12 months and have covered approximately 6000 miles. During that time I have worked with Moton to make them a good road, and fantastic track, set up. They are fitted with 7kg front and 8kg rear springs (both plus helpers) and include AST topmounts front and rear. The dampers alone are Β£3450 plus top mounts + springs from Moton. I've included the information on them from Moton below:- Moton 2-Way Sport The Sport line is designed for the serious club racer and high performance street driver. This ultimate suspension system is by far the finest quality and best handling suspension system on the market today. Featuring remote reservoirs for superior fluid temperature control, quick release hydraulic lines (on most models) for easy installation, separate compression and rebound damper valving adjustment and height adjustable spring perches, this kit is beyond the more common coil-over systems on the market. If your driving can benefit for the ultimate in suspension tuning, then this kit is for you. What do we have in store for you? Specifications The Moton Sport damper features 15 positions of bump adjustment on the remote reservoir and 15 positions of rebound on top of the piston rod. Each adjustment done to the damper is very noticeable to the driver. Our Moton Sport dampers are designed to be uncomplicated, easy to use and to deliver the absolute best performance. The Sport dampers perform really well at low speed as well as high speed velocities which gives you total control regardless of the conditions. The reservoir is connected by a high pressure hose and is equipped with swivel banjo’s for easy installation of the canisters in the car regardless of the position. The damper bodies are produced from the highest quality steel or aluminum. The shaft are induction hardened and chrome plated. The canister pressure can be varied between 6 - 18 bar (100 - 300 psi) to help support the car in high speed cornering with soft springs. Benefits include Comfortable on daily roads Easy to adjust to a real race setup Easy to work with Every single adjustment done is very noticable to the driver Proven reliability Wide range of spring rates can be used Improved platform stability Improved traction, higher grip level Improved curb stone and bumpy track control Improved tyre wear Features Seperate Bump (15) and rebound (15) control Ride height adjustable Unique blow off valve system in remote reservoirs Large piston rod diameter for more fluid displacement Adjustable gas pressure for added lifting forceLarge main piston for quick response Large main piston for quick response No preloaded valve stacks needed for low speed damping control Swivel banjo hoses for easy installation of remote reservoirs Here is a picture when they were fitted to the car:- And here is the most recent picture I have of one off the car (from February this year):- I'm looking for Β£2000 collected so a massive saving over the new price for some of the finest dampers available. I'm located on the West Midlands / Staffordshire boarder but also regularly travel to Bedford and Cheltenham. I'm also at many of the club meets. Any questions please ask ☺
  17. I'd class Nitron as at a similar level to Moton so wouldn't be a worthwhile swap for me.
  18. You've hit the nail on the head with something special. The Motons are an amazing quality item and these should be a step further on.
  19. The Motons are definitely an awesome suspension set up that's for sure!
  20. I've been involved in the development of something else which is now going forwards. While I can justify multiple sets of wheels to the gf multiple sets of suspension is harder! πŸ˜‚

I'll have another look later and see if it'd be doable.
