Not really done much recently due to ongoimg health issues. Last week i had a replacement under body aero panel fitted as the original had got damaged and split. I've picked these up to try. They are being fitted on Thursday

The continental sport contact 5's and yokohama v105's are well respected by many people for the 86. I run the contisports and can't complain so far. Tyre recommendations do depend on lots of factors like how you want the car to handle, what your budget is, etc.

I do indeed. Where are you based?
-
That's fine :-)

Could I take those off you at Curborough please?
-
It was the exhaust that disintegrated inside the wrap.
-
This was the picture that put me off heat wrap!
-
I wouldn't run it. Someone from the sprint at Curborough used it on their Civic Type R it got wet and over time the manifold basically disintegrated. I'll try and find the picture.

It was dire. Difficult to believe Chris Evans has ever presented anything in his life. Matt LeBlanc was ok. Chris Evans just screeched and screemed a lot.

Hello everyone. Me and couple of other midland's based members have decided we should do a breakfast meet. We've agreed on a location we know and have had breakfast meets at in the past, details below. There is plenty of car parking space and its normally quite on Saturday morning. Also for those that haven't been to a Toby Cavery before its an all you can eat breakfast, for £6 with unlimited tea and coffee. Location & Time: Toby Cavery Watling Street, Norton Canes Cannock WS11 9ND From: 8:30 with breakfast at 9. Current List: 1. Will300 2. Deacon 3. Keethos

Good to see everyone today. I only grabbed one quick picture and Will had shot off at this point. Alec's new toy is hiding behind Rich's Aero. Phone on my camera went a bit crazy when I took the picture though and produced this:- Never seen the gingers looking so good! 😉😂

Will watch this with interest then as it's definitely something I'd like to do too.

What sort of range would you consider realistic?

No, it's an airbag wheel.
-
How much extension are you looking to get? Keys! Racing make a wheel with a 20mm dish which may be an easier route?

Came across these articles recently which test a variety of airfilters and induction kits. Interesting results and seem to show how important a tune is to get the best out of any mods. http://dsportmag.com/the-tech/scion-fr-sbrz-intake-test-pt-1-testing-factory-programed-ecu/6/ http://dsportmag.com/the-tech/scion-fr-sbrz-intake-test-pt-2-testing-ecutek/ Good to see some decent empirical testing done.

Keith drives a manual as do most of us. Whatever the intended use (fast road/track/drift) unless there are medical grounds I don't know why anyone would have the auto over the manual. The GT86 ethos suits a manual so much more.

What sort of discount would it be please?

No problem, as I said, nice to see some empirical data for a change.
