ark grip for resonated milltek or uel?
Deacon replied to Dan7954's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
Do you have a measurement from the lowest point of the exhaust to the floor? Providing it doesn't hang much lower than my cobra I'd be interested. -

Where abouts are you based Dan? Edit - saw it in your first post! Is this the one you bought from Ian? -
Bump! Come on people - awesome price on the best manifold out there!

TWS's are available in 15" upwards I believe. A lot of the Jap cup cars run them in 16". Definitely my favourite wheels on the 86 just a shame about the cost and limited availability!

Not for the front as you have the camber plates. If you want to alter the rear cambers though you'll need wither lower control arms or camber bushes. If you go the camber bush route the whiteline ones are far easier to adjust than the superpro ones.

EVO have a reasonable rivals video of the two up now:- https://youtu.be/wC4xAArXCTY

Are you sure it was a rock and not a landmine?

Wolverhampton Independent Subaru are hosting an event at Curborough Sprint circuit on August 31st to raise money for a local charity. I've put the link below:- https://www.facebook.com/events/1631641493759948/ There is no cost involved to have a stand but they ask for donations for the charity. You can also book either a half day or full day track time (just waiting for them to get back to me with the costs for this) or single laps (min donation £3 each). There are prizes for best cars, stands, etc and traders their including the local Mazda dealer with the new MX5. I think it'd make a decent club meet as it's so central -anyone fancy it? 1. Deacon

Thanks to Mike and Faith for the passenger laps. It was shocking how much slippier it got on that second lap Mike. And Faith, well.... ;-) Who knew a Toyota Teddy could go grey...
-
Yeah it leaks from the engine and runs down and gathers on the triangular plate at the rear where it then drips onto the manifold to give that lovely burnt oil smell. Talk to Riceburner - RRG sorted mine after a botched attempt from my local Toyota dealer!

Thanks to everyone who turned up today despite the weather not being the greatest! Everyone seemed to have fun on track anyway and it was good to see Lauren sliding the AE86 as it's meant to be! :-) (Kev - Aaron said he didn't manage to catch up with you before you left for payment for the track time so if you could paypal it over to wolverhamptonmazda@hotmail.com please that'd be great! Cheers!)

No idea on this but I can't see why not?

They also look like they are at an angle (but that might just be the picture angle) rather than straight across which is how people usually have them.
-
I'm pretty sure you've got those the wrong way around. L is for the left hand side of the car R for the right. That's how mine and every other set I've ever seen installed are.

Ok so these are the people who are coming and who've said they're meeting at McD's - can anyone who hasn't said let us know so we're not waiting for you if you're just going straight to Curborough? Cheers! 1. Deacon - McD's 2. Mike - McD's 3. Keethos - McD's 4. Kevb86 - McD's 5. Tareim - McD's 6. Faith - McD's (I presume?) 7. RobinHood - ? 8. DanJ - McD's 9. LarmiqGT - ? 10. Lauren - McD's 11. Riceburner - McD's (if pursuaded by Lauren! :-))

So response back was that's no problem Lauren - we have space for 11. The track layout is the figure 8 but starting at the bottom of the track (far left on the diagram) or at the first gate (between paddock bend and finish) for those who are new. The track diagram is just that as I said Sam.

I've asked the question Lauren. There are several different clubs coming so I'm not sure if they have already allocated spaces or not. As for tine I think they would prefer people to be on the 'stands' together if possible bit I doubt it'll be a major problem if not.

We should have allocated space for our 9 cars. Curborough opens for us at 8.30 I belive so maybe 8 at Mc D's?

Unexpected things you like about the GT86
Deacon replied to Nicebiscuit's topic in GT86/BRZ General Chat
The way the interior like comes on when it's dark and you walk near it. -
I've asked the question.

That's just the generic Curborough map?
