Quick update on the flex a's. One word will do. Awesome. I've driven them on a variety of road surfaces, speeds and conditions now and I honestly cannot fault them at all. They ride better than stock and soak bumps and road imperfections up superbly. I've also had chance to try them on track now and again they were faultless. I stiffened them to 2 clicks from fully stiff rather than the 9 clicks from fully stiff I have been running for normal road use. In combination with the tyres and arb's I've had fitted since the last time I went I knocked 2.5 seconds off my previous best time. While I was at the track I needed fuel and will300 came with me (dampers still set 2 from fully stiff) - he said he was amazed by how well they rode. Everyone I spoke to at the track commented on how flat my car was cornering and the driving experience was night and day. The car really is a very well sorted car on track now. I did raise the suspension 10 mm and so the alignment needs to be reset so I'm quite sure there is a chunk more time to find when that's been done.

I spoke to ACE recently as they have a new, cheaper, version of their manifold which is robot rather than hand welded. This was the info I got:- We've come out with the 4-2-1 type B which is listed here: http://aceheader.com/index.php/gt86-fr-s-br-z/type-b-gt86-fr-s-br-z-4-2-1-150-merged-header-lhd-and-rhd-detail This type B can come with a 150 or 250 collector. I would recommend the 250 which is better for corner exit and torque. The Type B's we can do a group by at 1090USD to your door. (I make this £703 using Google for the exchange rate + vat and any customs obviously) These type B's are using robotic welds on the merges and aren't as pretty as the type A's, but deliver the same performance. Another option that may be worth considering for people.

For anyone who hasn't been and might be thinking of track time here's a quick video showing how the track layout works:- https://youtu.be/wnHvWlDbCb0

My spoiler is stuck on. Carbon though not fibreglass so that must be the reason no one had died. Must be.

They sadly are. My girlfriend catches her absolutely stock ka on some of them and so does my friend in her bone stock civic so you can imagine how much fun they are when lowered.... Ride height is pretty much an even drop at the moment. I'm looking to raise the rear to be about 10 mm higher than the fronts.
-
Sadly I do have problems at the front with the speedbumps round here - they are monstrous! Probably only be about 10 mm that I'll raise it - as little as I can get away with!
-
Few updated pictures before it gets raised just a touch:-

I asked the organiser about how we need to go about booking the track time. This was the response:- "For track time I need names, car + registration, contact number (must be mobile so can be reached on site if necessary) And if anyone is willing to have passenger rides." And the Paypal address to pay:- wolverhamptonmazda@hotmail.com

Haha! Totally this!

I'm just down the road from you near Cannock and Will is local too so we'll have to meet up when you've got one. Will's would make an excellent buy if you're after a standard one.

1. Deacon 2. Mike 3. Keethos 4. Kevb86 6. Tareim I'll probably do the track time Keith.

I'm running none. I'd consider the trd / aero or modellista's.
-
I asked the question. The answer was dogs are on as long as they're on leads and well behaved.

Do members or premium members get traders discount.

The renewal does have a different price £12.50 for the GT86 and £10.00 for the BRZ -
I'm not sure on dogs to be honest. I'm pretty sure they are allowed as long as they're on a leash.

Although if you or anyone else doesn't fancy the track it is just a show too Lauren - prize for the best stand too!
