Look good Rob. If you have a drivers club sticker you could pop in the bag, as I got the old type when I joined. Ta Keith

This is a lovely thing (especially in focus). Perhaps the Club should do a round sticker????

GT86 Drift Experience
Subota Boy replied to Subota Boy's topic in Meets/Show & Shine - Pictures & Videos
Yes Rob, pretty much, but not going round in a circle (intentionally). Or "drifting on ice", which I found quite difficult. With a new layer of bitumin, even the instructor found it tricky to hold a slide. Certainly practised the delicate art of throttle versus steering input. It was great fun, but I would have preferred a stickier surface on which to unleash the back end. -

Mini- Surrey Meet & Abbey Motorsports Saturday 26th October (Round 2)
Subota Boy replied to Keethos's topic in Social Meets
Hello Keith I have been "booting" mine quite a lot since the exhaust went on. "Booting" has resulted in a drop from 36 to 32mpg (brimming tank method). Benefits of booting include increased smiling, occasional loud "yee hah" and "woo hoo" sounds from the driver, and a measurable increase in general joyfullness behind the wheel. Insurance company would not entertain any fiddling with ECU unfortunately, but this will be rectified on renewal and a remap will take place to maximise the benefits. -
