Thanks for posting that Mike! Some great pics there!! -
Not sure we fit the bill for the autumn classic breakfast but the autumn motorsport day sounds possible. I tried to book a club display at that event last year, but they did not return my email.

1pm to 4pm - Drive over.......park up......re-fuel and discuss car stuff.......roll out.Taking place just outside Small Dole village on the A2037 between Steyning and Henfield, on the Golding Barn Industrial Estate BN5 9XH. The entrance is virtually opposite a former petrol station. There are speed bumps once you leave the A2037 on the approach road to the industrial estate but they are on one side of the road only. There is a 10mph speed limit on this road.Parking will be reserved for those confirming attendance.Come and grab some coffee and cake and spend a few hours with like-minded guys and gals. Have your car photographed if you like. Look up Fuel Coffee House on Facebook for more info. The coffee is excellent (went yesterday in the family car) and there are varied tea combinations available.

Got 8 confirmed and 4 probable so far. -
Having owned a C-HR for over 2 years and having got used to the foibles of the hybrid system, our test day in the Corolla confirmed how much development has gone into the improved hybrid system fitted to the Corolla, and soon to be fitted to the 2020 C-HR. We have enjoyed the hybrid system, and learned to accept and work round the various traits of the system that we least enjoyed. Results from the test drives suggest that all the "issues" we had with the hybrid system have been addressed. The improvements were so good that we will either get another C-HR or a Corolla next year, once we have exhaustively compared the two. The extra punch of the 2 litre over the 1.8 we have at the moment was a deal clincher for us.

That is a great review, Lauren. We recently did a driving experience at the Longcross test track in Surrey, which allowed us to test the limits of the 2 litre hybrid. I thought you had evaluated the car extremely well. Over an undulating twisty road, the car felt unstickable and I was impressed with the Falken? tyres fitted. The extra weight of the hybrid batteries fitted low down in the chassis certainly helped with this, i felt, and provides a noticeable handling difference between the hybrid and non-hybrid C-HR. Will we change our C-HR for a Corolla? Well the extra power is certainly tempting. I was told that the 2 litre in the C-HR will not be as exploitable as there are more limitations to the suspension tuning on the C-HR for obvious reasons (high rider). Hope you don't mind me adding to your thread!!!

Hello Scott Next GT/BRZ meet is sat 7th Sept, 1-4pm at the Fuel Coffee House, Henfield, would you believe. Be great to see you there. Oh, and welcome to the forum!

Bracket looks good but have found that, as suggested by Lauren, a 1kg type ABC extinguisher fits nice and snug in the glove box and can be reached from both front seats. This may well do the trick.

I notice that the sealant kit that came with the car has expired. Has anyone tested the OEM kit in anger? Can anyone recommend a reliable replacement, or even one of the compressed air cans? I know these can mess up the tyre inside. Any advice appreciated. I have carried a space saver in the past but it won't fit over BBK so not much use really.
