I like your style but I think if the police had a close look they'd frown upon it. Those are two fairly hefty bits of steel sticking out the back of your car directly and directly connected to the body frame. One thing you might want to think about is if someone were to crash into the back of you, you're transmitting the load in a very concentrated manor to the steel structure of the car rather than the bumper... As for lateral load on them, I think they're fine for a bike, but wouldn't want to put much else on. When you're towing a car it often has some lateral load on the towing eye round bends and such so they are made for it.

Best of luck, looks like a good car. A couple of months ago I'd have been on the phone to you. Wish I'd been more patient and waited for one with a manual box! I think I've decided that trying to sell anything expensive just before Christmas, unless it can be given as a Christmas present, is not worth the hassle. -
I don't even have a car to put it on at the moment. Definitely a new year present for myself, that one. How do they come? Just in primer or bare plastic / grp gelcoat?

I've technically owned it 3 weeks, I don't know how long it's been on the car however. I can ask, but as far as I know it's in perfect condition. I believe it's a pretty easy job to fit but I'm afraid I didn't fit it, so I don't know. The original one probably won't fit in the car, no. I'll give Fensport a call and relay these questions to them. -

Something odd about the side view, either the ride height is a touch too high or your tyres are a bit too low profile. What size are they out of interest? They look very slim.

Bootlid and spoiler are alas meant for each other, the mounting work involved drilling so yes they'll have to go as a pair. As promised, here are some pictures. I've been assured there's no damage to either item so I guess it's now up to whoever gives me their offer first! -

By the way, these are genuine questions of interest because they're affecting me in the near future... Last one, what if you buy a modified car second-hand and don't know fully what's modified and what isn't?

What do you expect would happen then for instance, if you hadn't told them about your, I don't know, TRD wing fins, and you pulled out in front of someone? Surely the only thing they can do is not replace your wing fins, they'd have to prove they were a contributing factor to the accident? Obviously if you'd supercharged your engine and spun into a tree as you accelerated off a roundabout, that's a fair cop, I just don't see how something unrelated to an accident could prevent a pay out? Do each of these things add to your premium? I've never actually had to insure a modified car before.

They wouldn’t insure me, apparently you’re only allowed a 75bhp increase in power, and the last on the phone was surprisingly sarcastic for a customer service representative. Anyway, I’m curious what 57 things have you modified? edit: this is nonsense, sorry, got my companies mixed up!
