    New battery / old battery?

I had a replacement from Subaru after the first one became useless. Replacement now becoming pants too.
  2. There are a few operators who run track days; I've used Bookatrack and Destination Nurburgring. Bit more pricey buy fewer fruit loops and more disciplined.

    Ade's Road and Track Toy

Mark at Abbey has been doing a lot of work on oiling for me; pressure, flow, cooling, sump and fallback. Just a bit more work on the Accusump and then some track time to test.

    Ade's Road and Track Toy

Stickier, forced induction; track days; what have you done about oil surge?
  5. Lots of good advice in the above posts, and if you are planning to drop the hammer whilst there, then; do track days before your first Ring trip do some prep; learn the sections of the track and layout using videos or games to gain some familiarity understand the financial risks re being uninsured if you drive TF in your uk road insured car; paralyse a biker or knock a GT3, could cost you VERY big I've done TF and track days there and I'd say TF' especially if busy (hols, weekends, adjacent Motorsport events) is the more dangerous way to drive it. Or coast aroung round with the coaches👍
  6. Closer to WR Blue with each iteration too. Getting uglier too; a well established Subaru design path lol.
  7. Brz suspension tuning on your new yota 86 for sure. Presume the gash front end is to create corporate identity with some forthcoming ( equally gash ) front end . Not enough for me to switch brands.;)

    Ferodo racing DS2500 pads

Always driven it a bit on the road. Don't get me wrong the 2500s are great, fade free track stoppers, just the squealing got on my goat after a while. Dodgy batch; aversion to my AP rotors, not sure on why they were so noisy on my car. Let's meet for a bevy and I'll show you my just completed hks build and new oiling system.

    Ferodo racing DS2500 pads

that's all you need, and when it comes to pads just a touch more; don't go too aggressive.

    Ferodo racing DS2500 pads

I found 2500s a bit squealy ( on my AP set up.) So got rid and currently running Hawk fast road set up which whilst slightly down on bite is massively down on squeal. I'd tread carefully with brake mods as the stock set up is pretty good.

    New Civic Type R

A very good car with appeal significantly limited by price and styling.
