I done a 15-20min drive tonight and nothing again. And still no lights at all on start up
-
Hi I have just fitted new wheels and tyres. 225/40 18, I think these should under read by about 2% so can I just confirm where I normally set my cruise control at 75 I will now be going a little slower and not the other way. i will double check my Speedo against a sat nav but I won’t have that for a few days so just wanted make sure I had it the right way around as it’s full of speed cameras here on my little commute
-
Just done a little test an it over reads 1-2mph at 30,40&50 was about 2mph out at 70 so think these tyres have just reduced the over zealous stock readings
-
Going to venture on the odd day or 2, I’m mainly after the big brakes for the looks 🤷🏼♂️
-
Ah think I have this wrong and the Speedo under reads so if my Speedo says 70 I would now be doing 72
-
Yes just a tad just saving again now. Can’t quite decide though on coilovers first or the ap brake kit 🤔 but that’s my next 2 priorities then it’ll be back to TD for the turbo 😁
-
My sensors are in my back garden in the shed so the car wouldn’t pick them up from the drive. Just done another 10min drive with no more lights showing
-
Don’t know if it’s to early to say yet but I changed my wheels yesterday. Had the flashing tpms light then it stayed constant. Anyway started this car this morning for work then had the tpms light flashing for a while then it went out completely. Now it was only a 10-15min drive but it never came back on. So I will keep an eye on this but maybe they made some changes on the newer models
-
Thank you thought that was the right way. Another benefit of the wheels then it should be harder to get a speeding ticket 😁

Hi, after spending months looking I am almost ready to buy my new alloys. I have narrowed it down to 4 sets, though I am open to more suggestions if anyone has any. My wants are 17x8 ET35 and lighter than stock, my choices are below. Does anyone have any feedback against any of these? enkei PF01, originally planned the rpf1 due to their weight but I just can’t get past the looks of them tsw Nurburgring oz alleggerita oz ultraleggera
-
Well I finally got a set ordered and fitted went for Oz hyper gt’s 18x8 ET35. Really happy with the look and will be spot on once I get around to lowering it. these weighed in at 19.3kg with 225/40 pilot sports 4 on, my stock koukis were 17.8-18.3kg the lighter one was the rear with quite a worn tyre
-
And here are the photos now iv just got them on
-
Had these delivered today, am away for the weekend so planning on getting them fitted Sunday evening. will upload some photos once I have them

Thanks have cancelled my mishimoto’s and ordered a set of the steel rays
-
How about if you were to track it with your standard road set up? also can I double check what the torque for the nuts is? thanks

Ah that’s what it is. I thought mine came from the washer fluid bottle as once I didn’t clip the lid back on properly after filling and thought it’s were screenwash had spilled onto the hot components

Only a quick clip from outside, would’ve been longer but the wife had a face full of dust and stones 😂 2201F9AC-F9CE-4B8D-8DFA-AF19D90805E6.MP4 -
Hi, I’m just about to order my new wheels and I know as soon as they are on I will want to lower the car. At the moment coilovers aren’t an option so was wondering if there is any difference between all the different options. I’m tempted to spend the extra mo eye on the rce yellow springs as they seem to have a bit more thought put into them. Also I’m not looking at going proper low about 20mm or so if I stick to this or 25mm tops will I need to change anything else? has anyone tried lowering springs on the kouki models yet? As I’m thinking as they have upped the damping on the standard shocks would this handle a lowering spring better than the previous models?
-
Thanks I guess I will have to wait and get all these done at the same time then later in the year. Hope the arch gap isn’t to annoying with new wheels
-
I would say no. Their graph is completely wrong and made up so in my eyes if they can’t even put the effort in to at least make a graph look half realistic what’s the mapping going to be like? To get an noticeable benefits I think you would have to go with header and map there’s no other real way to make any decent improvement
-
What parts would I need front and rear to allow for the camber changes?
-
Well after dragging on looking at wheels to order for months, I am finally ready to place my order. Now I have changed my mind again and am going to stick with 17x8. I’m just torn between the Enkei rpf1s or the Oz Alleggertia. These I think offer the best £ to weight ratio with out looking into silly money. I’m just not sure what I prefer the looks of more, they both really I feel look quite a small wheel in 17s and I’m struggling to decide both would be in solver against my white car. They would be ET35 but I haven’t seen any pics for the Oz in this fitment. Anyone have an opinion on if one wheel is better than the other?

Tuning Developments - Super Res Catback

Yeah super res with EL manifold and stock 2nd cat. For me it’s just the right balance has a nice sound when driving properly but then when just cruising it’s pretty quiet
