I went to Mike stokes in Bournemouth last week, I'd lowered mine 25mm on Eibach Pro's. Was only slightly out but worth having done.

Booked in for the 26th October, looking forward to feeling the difference. -
Hi, I’ll give you a better run down tomorrow when I’ve got a bit of free time. I’ve got a diagram for a touch & go with wiring colours so it should match. The amp is fixed on carpeted MDF and fixed simply with Velcro.
-
So like many others i’d had enough of the standard sound system and knew it was time to upgrade. I wanted to keep the head unit as is, so broke into the wiring and added RCA converters to the front & rear speaker lines. Built the sub box out of fibreglass, many YouTube videos of tuition. Moved the alarm light and replaced it with a Bass controller. Fitted the Focal IS605TOY Speakers, so a very easy replacement and added about 30 square feet of sound deafening to the doors, boot, arches and boot lid. Overall very happy with the sound now. The sound deadening is essential, the amount of rattles when you throw some real bass into the cabin is incredible.

Just over 130mm, I’d be getting worried if it was lowered. I need the clearance as it’s my day to day car.

Jus ordered myself some of these from Maxton Designs, think they look pretty good & are priced well. I'll make sure I get some snaps when they arrive and are fitted. http://www.maxtondesign.co.uk

I like the look of the bars, just sits in the middle of fashion & function for me. 😋

Protection bars arrived for the sub today, cheap & cheerful from China but look decent & will save me a few quid.

I’ve put silicone sealant/adhesive across all of it and used 14 bolts with penny washers. Fingers crossed should be ok. How many fixings did you have on yours?

You have to drill x14 holes and bolt it on, I took the bumper off as it is a world easier. You also need some sealant/adhesive to go on, I used a silicone based one so if it ever needs replacing it won't be to horrendous to get off.

Happy with the splitter, looks great & I can get on & off the drive. Ready for some sunny days now.
-
It’s actually grey, the light makes it look black. They still look good with the slight colour offset.
-
Side skirts fitted, easy enough. Front splitter tomorrow/Monday depends on the weather.
-
Arrived today, out on the lash tonight so depending on the hangover, will be fitted tomorrow/Sunday maybe Monday 🤢

No worries, I’ll update when they arrive.

Not really, I looked at both and I think Maxton side skirts look a tad better in my opinion. I’m pretty evens on the look of the front splitter. Either way, I’m looking forward to getting them fitted.
