So basically it’s their fault but not all of it shame this country has in this case poor consumer protection a class action law suit has been filed in the USA for post recall failures it’s that bad over there

Most insurers have a excess for total replacement I just paid £50 for my Yaris repairs used to be free not sure now most insurance only gives max 9 years NCD I know the three I use do ☹️

Windscreen replacement or repair shouldn’t raise premiums I’ve just had a new screen in my Yaris with Autoglass they were great

Was told by the people who were supposed to be doing mine training had been provided then they had a engine fail and blamed it on oil pump failure ☹️

If he was reluctant to talk sorry but in my books another recall fail from blocked oil ways I just can’t see if the timing chain assembly was loose it would run that long but stranger things can happen 🤔

Not doing the timing chain properly? Like to know a bit more detail but looks like they will fix it at their cost which is a good result for you

If antifreeze types are mixed it can cause a jelly type substance leading to overheating 🥵

Really interesting the fluid is green is that the same colour in the expansion tank? Is the engine running hot ? Very close to Aircon equipment 🤔

When I had to change my antenna base when I got a new one it came with a blanking plug for protection well mine did anyway just seems strange after washing car with hole open your radio gets no signal could be a coincidence
