Hey all.. The junk is finally off the trunk. I used boiling water, fishing wire, Auto Glym adhesive remover and t cut scratch remover. Such a difference without the "Toyota" on the back. Looks sleeker! Would be nice to post a pic but we only have a 500kb limit lol

Keethos! Im wrapped in Dunlop sportmaxx RT's! all in plus fitting £408. Most bang for buck on handling and tires mate. Look it up on evo mag. Tested on their long-termer! -
Cool guys. Yes Keethos just the letter dude. Im proud of my little Toyota so the emblem stay's on mate.
-
Cheers rob. was going to use a blow dryer to heat it. Saw it on youtube, but hot water sounds better mate.

Simple I want more power. Which one to fit? Turbo kit from Fennsport or a Supercharger kit from Litchfield?
-
How do I get my hand on these?
-
Ahh ok.. gosh I need to get up to scratch with this talk. Does the miltek system save weight?
-
Lauren so you have no cat's in your whole system?
-
Hehe Im not up to speed with the jargon. I was told it was a by pass for the secondary cat.. make sence to you? Well I have put in for the full system to. Is non- resonated a lot louder? is i louder from start up? how is it on motorways?
-
Lauren, I think the Exhaust will consist of a secondary cat by- pass. Are you saying if I am fully deleting the primary too? If so when Mot comes round I am doomed lol Is your car fully deleted? If so is there a big difference in power or delivery? How will you get round the Mot when it comes to it. I mean no one should need one yet as the car has not been out for 3 years yet.

Hey Rob.. Sweet. No mate just springs for now. I remember your car being dropped when I saw it at the Grasshopper. It looked more aggressive than the rest of our cars. So I want the drop in height. Ok you had your cambers done too lol Rob after the mods, lets call it stage 1.. how did the car feel? Describe how your car felt mate. I have a choice of a 15mm or a 25mm drop (Tein).. I reckon 25mm should still look good on stock wheels wrapped with my Dunlop sportmaxx RT's. Do you experience any scraping of your underbelly on roads and do you drive over speed bumps differently?

Cheers all for the feed back. Well I am currently talking to Fennsport about booking my car in for the end of March. On paper and budget on my mind I have only asked for the following. 1. A Blitz drop in panel filter. (seen good tests on youtube). 2. A ecutek remap.(4 maps with launch control & auto blip) 3. A full Miltek exhaust. Non resonated. 4. Tein lowering springs 25mm drop. All in and drive away price just off 2k. All parts can be used to go turbo (Fennsport). Not sure if my parts get get reused with a supercharger bolt on? As its stands has anyone got theses mods or similar? Worth it? Or shall I wait and get more money together for go forced induction? Chosen Man (James)

Rob does it sound like a loose pulley or wet fan belt ( of the sorts) if so I have my car booked in for the 6th of dec for that reason!

Great shot of the Heli! Great piece of kit! wait till you get a ride in one! awesome stuff.

I have never seen a BRZ apart from the meet last week! Not a popular motor.. i guess it has something to do with the 86 taking all the top reviews hey! -
Hey rob.. what was making the brakes squeak? what did they do to fix it?
-
Away on Holiday still! pity It is not towards end of Nov! London is my back yard! haha
-
Im out as on my Holiday, but looking good for the meet in Dec!

INITIAL THOUGHTS! Dunlop SportMaxx RT tires. 215/45/17
CHOSENMAN007 replied to CHOSENMAN007's topic in GT86/BRZ General Chat
Yes mate they are great! As Lauren saideven Evo mag (Jethro) fitted the same tires to their longterm Gt 86 and had nothing but positive praise for them. If you order these tire's make sure and make sure again that they do not send you Sport Maxx TT's. The RT's are the newer model which is phasing out the TT's and are far more superior according to my personal research on-line. -

Just had these installed after the meet! First I took the car to the services to make sure I was running at 36psi all around! Tested and gave it the beans! OMG I was taken back. After a bit of scrubbing in the tires where sticky but it had even more feel to the wheel. Turn in was rapid and getting the tail out was still possible but you have to provoke the cars balance a lot more. The car slid on tight round- abouts but did it with a feeling of much more control.Overall I am pleased to the max! with only the Primacy Hp's to compare it to on the "86" The Dunlops are in a different league and yet still keeping the characteristics of the car! -
