Buy a used 64/15 plate, manifold + filter + remap for some low down poke, new brake pads, few cosmetic mods... then the 7k you've saved can go towards fuel and trackdays When I got mine 4 years ago the car was too new to have a good used market so new was really the only option.

Mobile is showing the new theme, just not the blue mugshot at the top of the page

Huge gap from logo to start of forums, this will increase the wear on my mouse scroll wheel by 0.003%

Toyota Fixed Price service for a GT86 for a 20k/2yr service is £360, with this it should include brake fluid change and rear diff oil replacement.

Always had a soft spot for those. Not brave enough to go for the 2l turbo?
-
Battery isn't always changed, both of mine died just weeks apart, one of them supposedly had the battery changed at service a year earlier.
-
I should be, can't confirm yet

It was stamped Mishimoto, but I don't think the new ones are same specification as the original Mishimoto thermostat that were having issues. Cosworth were in the process of changing suppliers so I am assuming it will be a new version manufactured by Mishimoto.

before removing all the reservations I should be finishing my meeting today early and can probably make it over to Chester for 7

Wooo local Cossie friend! 9 days until I get 1.3 fitted

Any chance we can break off the TSS talk into a new thread (cut the posts into it) as I'm seeing this getting a lot of posts thinking TTR has finally sold his BRZ for a Ford
-
It's bad because I have to wash the whole car and not the little bits of crap, otherwise I'd end up with clean spots on the car
-
No idea what it is with birds. Swapping over my wheels last night and I thought I heard rain... no it must have been a Russian spy pigeon in high orbit releasing some excess weight and it managed to hit every panel on the car in a single flypast! White spots everywhere within seconds.

Just found out I have a meeting "North" on the Sat so I'll probably pop in on my way back on the Sun. Nowhere near my route but as I'm already out driving why not- 126 replies

3 Months? It will be snowing by then! I should be free, might even wash the car on the Sat (but will be filthy after a 2hr country road blast)
-
Great meetup. Good food and lovely to sit outside. 6 cars in total... only one GT86 I might clean it for the next one

If you're using Bedford etc it's Steven Eagell which tbh don't care about aftersales, all they want to do is get you in a new car every 6 months. Had a nightmare getting my gearbox fixed and head unit replaced through them. SE wanted my car in for 3 days just to replace the rusty door pillars.

Takes some skill to get such an even distribution of poo on the car like that
-
It's dealer fit, my car was in stock in the UK and was fitted by the dealer on pickup. As mentioned above replacing the rear bumper would probably cost more than £300 and it speeds up reverse parking. Spec even had them on the front of his.

Sunday lunch tomorrow evening? Woooooo time travel! I think I'm free, probably free, got no kitchen either so probably very hungry by then too.

Copy/paste on this forum on a pc isn't that hard, but I think we need more boobs.

If the quantity of confectionery has a value of £500 then I could be tempted. I'll need to check if my health insurance covers diabetic coma. -
I'm running 32, had them at 27 for a while after a track session and my pump had gone walkies. Didn't like it that low for road use.

HL3 came out years ago. Waiting for HL4 now... anytime soon....
