    Team Dynamics 18" Forged Alloys

I have fitted generic caps. The ones in the pics are black and I have a set of unused silver ones too, plus some spare bolt in valves - all free to whoever buys the wheels. The Subaru spacesaver comes with the proper Toyota screwed fitting and is near identical diameter to the road wheels.

Just given the wheels a clean today and taken individual pics. One wheel has a minute scuff and scratch as shown, otherwise the wheels have never been kerbed or damaged in any way.

    Team Dynamics 18" Forged Alloys

The wheels are full machined all over and lighter than the oem 17". They weigh less than 8kg and greatly improved handling over the 17" wheels. Here is the original info sheet from Rimstock: http://www.teamdynamicsracing.com/pro-forged/visage.htm

    Team Dynamics 18" Forged Alloys

The wheel and tyre combo is almost identical to the TRD spec and very little different to the height and offset of the oem 17" wheels.

    She's going .... !

Just put the 18" Team Dynamics forged alloys up for sale. PM me if interested.
  7. I have a set of 4 Team Dynamics "Visage" lightweight forged alloys for sale. The wheels are 18" x 7.5" with 50 offset and are fitted with Uniroyal Rainsport 2 Tyres 225/40/R18 92Y. Wheels and tyres have done less than 4000 miles and are in good condition. If required I can throw in a matching size Subaru spacesaver. Asking price is £450, please pm if interested.

    She's going .... !

Early days but very pleased how solid the 3-door GTI feels, not a creak or squeak anywhere at the moment.

    She's going .... !

Exactly why it appeals to me, I never had a Golf before but in 1982 I had the Mk2 Scirocco GTI on the same platform as the Golf. The reviews give the new Polo GTI a far better rating than the previous one. We have gone for the six speed manual rather than the DSG. The BHP figures virtually match the GT86 and the torque figures are better, it is quite a little "Q" car.

    She's going .... !

We had the earlier 2.0 Fiesta ST and the current shape Fiesta in the 1.6 Zetec S guise so really wanted something different. The Polo GTI is less sporty but more civilized than the current awesome Fiesta ST so is far easier to "sell" to my wife as a sensible shopping trolly !

    She's going .... !

The GT86 having reached 3 years old, I am now parting with her and downsizing to a new VW Polo GTI. I have enjoyed the GT86 but the wife found it's size intimidating and never drove it so the 1.8 plus turbo Polo is small enough for the wife to happily drive and fast enough for me to enjoy. Just taken the 18" Forged Wheels off this morning so after cleaning and photographing they will be appearing "For Sale".

Category D - to buy or not to buy?

So many for sale at reasonable prices - why risk a Cat D ?
