Can't find any on there now! Only had subaru ones when I looked
-
Me likey! Where did you get the air con knob covers from? I can only find subaru ones in the UK
-
@rob275 has currently got mine as he was looking to get some made in the uk for cheaper... depends if that's happened, and I'd quite like mine at some point
-
Same as Gary for me, happened a few times when the car was less than a year old, hasn't done it since!

Not a problem, pass me your cards and their pin numbers and I'll make sure you don't buy anything with them -

Can you just turn up or do you need to put your name down on ocuk? -
That's what I meant, badly worded on my part

Would this be with standard cut tips or could you squeeze milltek style ones in for the price?
-
Mine got resealed under warranty - not 100% there was a leak as the oil level was fine (barely any went in to top it up afaik) but oil was present on the casing. Probably would have been fine if left longer tbh - only checked it because there was oil in my flat's car park and wasn't clear where it had come from (was over a couple of spaces)

It's kinda both. I'm guessing Rich meant the lack of vision through the wiped area rather than just the windscreen in general. The MOT basically says you can't have things blocking the wiped area. Wipers touching the sunstrip obviously show the sunstrip is in the wiped area, putting it on the inside won't help because the sunstrip is still causing a lack of vision out of the wiped area.
-
Still an MOT failure on the inside isn't it? It's more that it obstructs the wiped area... can fit smaller wipers as long as you don't make the wiped area too small obviously...

Depends on the cooler you get, but the one I have, the connectors will end up touching the back of the airbox, @Deacon will be able to give more detail and/or a picture as he's already had his fitted

I've had one sat under my table for a year need to get a high temp thermostat and decide what to do about the airbox getting in the way a little

This. Going off the Torque app's figures, the oil can cool quickly but heat back up just as quick. Even in November I was struggling to do more than 2 hot laps and having the oil below 125c.

I know it is, but that's no fun and not geeky enough

Yes please. I've got a plan to make something with a raspberry pi to automatically sync up data + video and overlay it. The theory is all these, and the code to overlay data on the video is. Just need to be arsed to finish it

The incorrectly spelt title is ever so slightly irritating

Unless you're local, I wouldn't go to Phil (again) - quality isn't always there

I've just looked at my alignment again... I was/am trying toe out up front - and my printout has negative values for the front. Positive values for the rear, and so toe in. The "before" was described to me as being toe out on the front left, and toe in on the front right... front left was negative, front right was positive.
-
That's from RRG right? All of my alignments have a positive toe on the rear...
-
Might be worth stating the probability of the issues? Not stock but might be worth also listing to check if it's got a milltek exhaust? From what we know, full systems crack regardless of revision where as cat backs seem ok with the felxi in... except mine that split where the hangers were... but not sure on the cause of that

- Scratches in glass from the rollers - Oil leak from the cam cover plate - De-lamination on the rear view mirror - Fuel pump chirp / crickets

Sounds like your battery has bitten the dust. Mine was driven practically every day then one afternoon it refused to unlock with the fob and the blade key just set the alarm off, then the windows stopped dropping slightly when opening the door... then the alarm died after 15mins. Locking it with the blade key didn't turn the alarm off for me permanently, only temporarily. Got a jump start, drove home about 36 hours later it struggled to start, but started, got the battery replaced then

Should just need clutch kit and some grease afaik. I just had mine replaced and had the clutch kit delivered to rrg to fit, no other extras were mentioned. FWIW my release bearing was rattling for over a year without any real issues other than the clutch pedal feeling weird... with the new clutch the car felt completely different!
