I normally export it from the app coz I can't be bothered getting a cable to copy it (don't have a file manager app either), but copying it direct probably works fine
-
If you do, and intend on using the data, you have to export it from the real time information section otherwise it's only every second regardless of what you tell it to do

I had mine set to 0.1s but graphing that is a bit of an issue Not bothered with high intake temps when stopped, was more bothered with the higher ones when moving, might log it on the way home and see what's what. Same formula as Ade for oil temp as well...
-
It's not so much the readers, but Torque does cause a CEL every so often. I think the ECU logs when they're connected as well, can't remember what Gary said now...
-
All temp related stuff is afterwards. Don't think it's hit over 100c on road yet but I don't particularly monitor it. The 70 mile run log was for mine/Jeff/Will's purpose to get an idea of daily temps before an oil cooler is fitted. Looking at your (rather fancy) graph, my intake temps are higher, I only see them close to ambient (closing being within 2 or 3c) when there's clear air in front and doing 40mph+. I've seen the intake temp hit 40c+ but that was sat stationary for 5mins or so clearing a CEL before leaving Asda one night so car was still kinda warm from the drive there.
-
Yea that's a plan, will think about places to put the rad as well so lessen the cooling if needed. Got other [potential] oil issues anyway
-
I'm hoping/aiming for 85c+ for daily driving/coasting on motorway, ideally closer to 90c if possible. Might actually do some research before fitting my oil cooler... blasted impulse buys!
-
and your Mrs would snap your credit card
-
How much accelerating do you do? Only time mine went over 95c was under acceleration at the end of 50 zones
-
Daily driving (not motorway) I see about 86/87c, extended driving and motorway, highest I've seen is low 90s. Track is the only time I see it >100C

I've got an oil cooler on order (same as the Jeff's got on order) purely because of that LoT at Donny. In the afternoon I couldn't really do more than 1 proper lap without the oil temperature hitting 125c. Think the only I did was chasing the McLaren that was out there
-
I was hitting 125C within 1 and a half proper laps at Donny when we went at the end of October and it wasn't particularly warm that day. Probably related to the TD manifold as that gets pretty toasty!

Poor design basically, the join at the back box (where it cracks) isn't strong enough
-
Are you going for a refund then Mike? Did you go EL or UEL manifold btw? and was your Milltek catback or full system?
-
If it was mine, I'd be trying for a refund as the flexi section obviously doesn't stop them cracking. I'd be able to sort the noise out on mine then
-
£40 isn't a lot really, there's insurance companies with higher admin fees than that... if insurance was like £100 / year then £40 would be worth shouting about
-
My renewal didn't change, but then I changed companies and saved 10%. I'd put your details in the same as last year (so 0 ncb etc) and see what figures you get... you probably won't get £850 again!
-
How young are you? I can't help but think your current insurer may have messed up somewhere, less than a grand is cheap for first year insurance!
-
I see the same empty official events page (except JAE) and I'm a premium member so I'd say it's broke
-
Nothing on here, just me and Jeff have spent a chunk of this year discussing various noises from our cars
-
Did someone say noises?
-
Looks like you've been a lot busier then me
-
The TD package does include the air filter but you don't have to have it and will save a few pennies.
-
Didn't you get the Milltek this year? So will have the flexi section in it?
