Northern Meet/Open Day @ Tuning Developments

3 Mikes... this could get confusing! -
I've always used Shell VPower, coupled with the drivers club card which is effectively 1p/litre off (slightly more with all the bonus points you can pick up). Today was the 2nd time I've put BP in and that was because the fuel indicator was slightly below the red line and I didn't fancy risking another 10miles to the Shell garage.

I can manage without bacon

If my car decides to have a reverse gear in the morning, I'll probably be there around 11, is there a need to be there for 9?
-
Think that might be a bit early for me!
-
What time you thinking of meeting? It's probably on my way down...
-
Sorry for your loss Keith

I've got one of the ones from Australia that goes over a full sized spare wheel. Fits fine, if anything, I'd say it's a better fit than the normal boot mat. It's a bit pointless if you've not got a full sized spare wheel though...

You can also click on the star at the top on mobile and it'll show you new content (why is it a star? Not a clue!) - then if you click the dot / start on the left of the thread it'll take you to the first post you've not seen yet
-
Car colour could do with a space after the colon as well!
-
Have you got the "Only items I have not read" filter selected on the left hand side? Otherwise it'll show any content posted since the last visit (or last 24 hrs or whatever you've selected) regardless of whether you've read it or not.

In today's 'where there's blame there's a claim' culture...

I like to think that sport mode is like a learner mode for all aids being off. You can slide the car without it doing anything but if you're too aggressive with it, it will kick in and attempt to put a halt to your driving. -

Drove on snow last winter... any sort of attempt at acceleration made the car want to swap ends (was in sport mode...) and any incline was a bit of an issue if stopped. -
Was great fun in the morning despite the pouring rain... think I scared Jeff on one of the runs I did with him! Tried with the traction control off when it stopped raining (but still very wet)... that lasted all of 3 and a half corners before I did a spot of gardening Cheers for organising Jeff!

On photo duty again Dan? -
They don't really like accelerating in the wet, or mine don't anyway. There's a few sets of lights on my way to work where setting off from them can be a struggle at times if it's wet...

Don't think I'll mention what time I'll be getting up at...
