No es bueno. My front discs when I got the car.

The pads look like shit but still have a lot of friction material left. Discs are a fucking disaster though. Mine were even worse and delaminated in my hands after 60k or so. Nothing wrong with bolts just surface rust.

No idea. They said Cosworth so I assumed they were made by them and they were the only ones I had issues with. They work good though for what they are.
-
That's very true unless you get Cosworth Streetmasters which have shitty manufacturing tolerances and one of the pads would not fit no matter what for me. Even when everything got cleaned to almost "as new" condition. So your mileage may vary. Never had issues with EBC, Pagid or PFC pads - so fuck Cosworth. Am I allowed to say "fuck" ?

Call Toyota, diff washers are cheap. From my experience there is no need to change the gearbox washers as they are very thick and quite expensive at £7 each for a washer!! I'm running Motul 300 and I can't complain.

Recall issued on cars to have valve springs replaced 2012-2013

I got my recall done at Bristol Motorline South. I've driven 70 miles since in a very spirited way and the car seems fine. Paul (master technician there) seems to be knowledgeable and familiar with pitfalls associated with this job. -

What caused the squeaking for me was a 1.5mm deep hole that has suddenly appeared in my new Mintex disc and it was hitting the brake pad in sync with rotation. Lessons learned Mintex discs are shit.

According to the research I've done it's the anti-roll bar slowly moving in the dirty rubber bushings as it loads when you turn the wheel slowly. Since getting to it is a real pain I suggest you ignore or try lubing with silicone spray or other rubber friendly penetrating fluid.
