    Tuning Developments GT86 Turbo 'TD86'

A bigger bore will always help but you realistically won't be choking the system with a 2.5" until you start pushing silly figures like 500+bhp

Any pics of the front and rear brakes Mike? Do love a big brake setup
  3. The problem is that each engine will bream at a different limit of torque. There is no "limit" as such
  4. Another one of the reasons I went for the Sprintex, I can keep my Boxer burble with a UEL manifold Interested to see updates though
  5. Any plans to have an UEL manifold with this kit Mike?

    My Silver Project 86

Getting one custom made won't be easy. The twists and dimensions are very difficult to replicate which is why such a small piece is typically quite expensive from the brand names

Favourite Racing Car When Growing Up?

Oh, and always had a soft spot for these although it's apparently a terrible car! And I dream of owning one of these one day, the noise is just incredible. I think Clarkson said "it sounds like God is gargling with hammers!"

Favourite Racing Car When Growing Up?

Production car would have to be the Honda NSX As for a racing car, far too many to choose from but here are some of my favourites

    Wheel fitment question

A square setup is preferred by quite a few of us. Added bonus is the rotation as you say

Good point, nearly forgot about that!

    Wheel fitment question

40 would be my recommendation then as you say you can space out to what you want if neccessary

    Wheel fitment question

This is a 255/35 on a 9.5J wheel ET40 I'm lowered about 40-50mm with about -2 degrees of camber on the rear and it fits very nicely under the arches front and back

    Rob's GT86BQ Surrey - Part 3

Thanks again Rob. Sorry we had to shoot fairly early, I'll try and make sure we don't have anything going on that night/next day that means we can't stay next year!

    Wheel fitment question

I have 9.5 all around and use a 255/35 tyre which fits really well If it was me, I'd go 235/35 on the 8.5 and 255/35 on the 9.5 As for offset, around 40 is best for the 9.5 so you may want slightly lower (maybe a 35?) for the front All depends on the look you want to achieve
