Ah yes, I remember all this hassle when I was looking at those Bride seats a while back...stupid safety features!
-
Or £999/seat without the side airbags Our OEM seats don't have airbags do they?
-
Maybe I'll just ask Subaru how much the seats are What do we reckon? £2k for the pair?

Been busy today getting ready for the weekend - Anodized front bells are finished and being collected later this week - New bolts to hold the bells and front discs together - New rear discs and DS2500 pads ordered (could have used the discs and pads that came with the rear STi calipers but decided to just pay out for some new ones rather than redrilling the discs) - 18" wheels sorted from a mate for Saturday so I can actually get to and from the garage All this means that the brakes are FINALLY going on!

Why modify a new car - I don't need this explained to me but...

Just do the mods in the garage while she's asleep When she asks why it's much louder than before, just tell her she's getting old and clearly going mental -
4m yen is just under £21k - depends what import fees would be but yeah ideally you're looking second hand It's an expensive way to get some nice seats
-
Might drop a cheeky message to some of my import friends to see what they could do on one of these
-
Might just go for them then, it's only because I'm getting EBC discs that I was looking at the pads too if I'm honest
-
Interesting.... The DS2500's are only like £15 extra for a set of pads, so the price isn't really an issue

My Mrs has an RX7...it doesn't take a lot to justify a new mod for the GT86 to her -
Same rear brake setup as I have (or will have by the weekend) Love those seats, will be getting in touch with Subaru in the future!

Sorted. Please close

Does anyone local-ish to me have any 18" wheels I can borrow for the weekend please? With my Rays being at the bodyshop, I'm on the 19's that a few of you have seen just to avoid it being put on axle stands. But I need to move the car to a local garage to fit my new brakes Can anyone help me out please? Wheels need tyres obviously! Thanks

HKS Hipermax IV GT coilovers for sale
smudge replied to thetyrant's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
Just to add my 2p's worth, these are the best coilovers I've ever had on a car So much feedback and response from the road, whilst still being extremely comfortable to use everyday -
Few of us on 18x9.5's now You'll need an ET around 35-40 ideally and some coilovers otherwise you'll hit the suspension strut with the inside of the wheel

Think I passed your car yesterday, ate you just round the corner from The Minnow?
-
I've been speaking with Mike this week about a few bits, definitely not closed
-
Does anyone know the part numbers for the front and rear badges?
-
Didn't fancy paying £25 each
-
Can't find any on ebay or any UK sites
-
So errrr...this happened! Don't worry! I haven't lost the plot! Simply a temporary measure while the Rays are off to be sprayed. These are some wheels my Mrs had in the shed for her RX7 Interior is also gone to be sprayed the same colour. Looks a bit bare inside All will be revealed in time for Trax
