No reason to get winter tyres in my opinion Winter wheels are a great idea however, saves my pretty summer wheels being covered in crap

Oh, and a few more here too https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B4i37yLfYRJnTk9HMHlvUFBPdEU&usp=sharing

It's what 1st made my mind up on what FI option to go with Lauren. The 210 has a very lovely little whine, the 335 just SCREAMS! Another video from Moto-East over in America to enjoy, I must have watched each of these about 20 times so far https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GY-X11e_NM

So, today I took a deposit on my Sprintex 210 Supercharger kit, with the intention of replacing it with the bigger Sprintex 335 kit in the near future Just to give you an idea, this is how they compare size-wise with the 210 on the left and the 335 on the right And it makes a CRAZY noise! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyCVyrOAKWM The engine will have to be built to take the extra boost. Hopefully everything should come together in the next month or 2 so watch this space!

So, who wants some lovely boost and whine in their life? In the next few months, my Sprintex supercharger will be available. We all know the good reputation that this kit has, with a few of us (me Rob, James, Steve and I'm sure there's others) having this kit installed and to my knowledge having no issues after months of daily driving and even some track time. If you're one of those people that feels the standard engine is just lacking a little bit of power, then this is one of the best and most affordable options to put that smile on your face. It certainly did the trick for me! Steve and I fitted this kit in around 8 hours before it was taken to Mark @ Abbey for the tuning. Everyone has always complimented on how OEM the Sprintex kit looks, as well as being easy to fit and maintain. The 210 kit with the 69mm pulley I have gave me 254bhp at the hubs, an increase of around 80-90bhp over standard. The torque is just awesome and makes overtaking on the motorway a breeze, not to mention the added power and whine from the charger is just so addictive! For those worried about fuel consumption, I've had this kit installed for almost 15,000 trouble-free miles, and on a motorway cruise I can still see 35mpg easily. Yes it has dropped slightly from standard, but nothing like I was expecting. I love this kit and the only reason for selling is so I can go bigger and better! I will be purchasing the Sprintex 335 kit in the near future so the 210 is up for grabs. The new kit I will be ordering will contain all this: And I'll simply be swapping the supercharger over with the existing pipework that is already fitted to my car. So you will receive a BRAND NEW kit comprising of: Intercooler All necessary pipework, gaskets, bolts etc Pulley belt Along with my 2nd hand supercharger, pictured here when it was new: Fitted to the car: And the end result is something like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIMNoWMGBaQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3CD96tx0_Ls I'm asking for £3,000 for this kit which is a significant saving over buying it new. The only 2nd hand parts you will receive is the supercharger itself, the intake pipe, 75mm and 69mm pulley and maybe a couple of small miscellaneous bits. You will need to purchase a new ECUTEK license to be able to tune this kit on your car. This can be purchased any of the tuning companies however Mark @ Abbey seems to be the man in the know when it comes to Sprintex stuff Please note that this will not be available for at least a couple of months, I will update as I know more specific dates along the way. Please feel free to ask any questions.

SOLD! Please lock

At mates rates yeah?
-
If I don't get a buyer by the time I'm ready to do things then I'll just get the upgrade kit which is simply the charger, intake pipe and a bracket But this way, hopefully, someone will get a complete 210 kit for less than buying a brand new one HKS stroker kit and cams going internal to make sure the 335 is reliable
-
It's my ringtone
-
I was just going to get the upgrade kit, but I thought it's pointless just having the 210 charger sitting in the garage doing nothing when someone else could benefit from it
-
Again, Chris @ Tarmac can supply these
-
Told ya Keep us updated
-
He might just be doing some housekeeping on the website. PM him on here, Chris will be happy to help

I do indeed have the Q300 This was with the Borla UEL manifold and the Invidia Q300 This is it with a high flow cat in place of the front pipe and a custom straight through pipe instead of the resonated mid pipe Invidia give you

I'm sure we all do it from time to time... Due to the low-slung nature of the GT86, we've all scuffed the lower part of the door card with our shoes at some point What's the best way to get rid of these scuffs? I always go over it with some interior polish stuff when I clean the car but the scuffs seem to remain anyway Any ideas?
-
Good stuff
-
Probably a stupid question, but I assume the HKS cam kit compliments the differences the stroker kit makes?

HUZZAH! -
I'd avoid Miltek with a lot of people having issues recently You're spoilt for choice on a catback system (backbox and middle pipe) and it will come down to 2 things: 1. Budget 2. Aesthetics How much are you willing to spend and what style do you want? Slash-cut tips? Rolled tips? Large or small? Black, chrome or titanium? I'd get on Tarmac Sportz website and take a lot at the offerings then get in touch with Chris to see what he can do for you Just a catback alone will change the tone slightly, a few people have gone down this route whilst others have replaced the OEM manifolds, overpipes and cats for more sound and better flow for power too

It's me that's on 255's

I doubt it's doing much for the temps whilst it's sitting in the box Is yours a thermostatic cooler Jay? Does the sandwich plate have a thermostat that controls how active the cooler is?
-
I have one but it's not yet fitted to the car
-
Those temps are very low! Mine sits at around 95 degrees on a motorway cruise, let's see what difference my oil cooler makes once I get it fitted
-
Haha to be fair it's a very bland yellow, nothing like yours!
