Genuinely get excited when it gets close to a new series!

Would do but I'm busy Sunday

Very much doubt they'll insure a track day car, you'll need specialist insurance for that

Like Lauren, I have recently renewed my insurance by taking a new policy with Prestige. I was previously with Admiral who wanted over double last year's premium for the renewal, but after speaking to them the new price was still higher than I was expecting. I did the usual comparison sites and even though I've now turned 25, I was shocked at some of the prices coming back. So I turned to some specialist insurers. Adrian Flux and Prestige to be precise. Adrian Flux have a great name in the car enthusiast world, but Prestige were able to beat their quote by over £100. The main thing that made my mind up was the like for like cover on my expensive modifications. It was a main requirement for me and Prestige have no problem in accompanying this. As far as I can tell, they so insurance a little bit differently to the rest. They take an idea from the States where they want to know more about the driver and their capabilities father than just the car. I was asked if I'd driven performance cars before, for how long, how much bhp the previous cars had etc in order to show that I was an experienced and capable driver. A much more sensible way of working out a premium in my mind as a young yet experienced driver is more likely to avoid an accident than an 80 ear old that's been driving all their life. Very pleased with the service so far, long may it continue!

With my mods having a combined total of well over £10k, I thought it best to opt for a like-for-like policy I chatted with Tim towards the end of last year regarding this and it's what prompted me to get in touch with Prestige. Pretty sure mods are covered LFL as standard though?

Friend of mine works at Ford so if anyone is genuinely interested I can point you in his direction

It's a Ford...no thanks

So a 16mm on the rear would be the way to go then, and leave the front standard?
-
Got mine through Chris @ Tarmac

I have the Berk as well and had a Berk HFC om my 350z before. Quality bit of kit

Very easy to do it on the passenger side I bought the Blitz pod which replaces the panel in front of the passenger and they're still easy to glance at Wiring is a piece of piss then as you just route it through the wiring loom grommet in the bulkhead from the engine bay
-
Agreed that the mechanical side is entertaining, but the "dealer" part is just annoying and OTT for me

How about giving him a bell rather than crying out on a public forum which Adrian rarely has time for Nige?
