Sorry to not have made it guys, had minor emergency crop up last minute and this place fell over so I couldn't tell you I wasn't going to make it. Hope fun and frolics will be had by all! Will be at JAE and will bring a hefty supply of liquid refreshment James

I was surprised to hear (and see) the issues you had were so bad, considering it's a 14 plate car, would perhaps expect it on an original 12 plate but by now they should have sorted the issues. Don't let them fob you off with anything, its a brand new car, it should be perfect.

Looking lovely! And welcome along

Can I have a go on the dyno? Would love to know what it's actually producing at stock, might encourage me to start some propper mods, plus I've never dealt with Abby, but am keen too. Will also gobble up food too, happy to help burn it as well if needed. James

Well they've failed to fit it this time, instructions Toyota gave the dealers didnt match the car, and I'm DABless still. Have sent them some "further reading" hopefully they'll be in touch soon..
-
I'm sitting in my Toyota dealers as I write this having it fitted to mine. Although they've just told me that the guide toyota sent doesn't match the car at all, so it may take a little longer. Shall wait and see.

I'm thinking about getting some US orange/amber ones, I think on an orange car they'll blend in nicely, this guide should prove handy Thanks gang!

Since the digital switch off of analogue TV, digital broadcasts (DAB and Freeview) have had their transmitter output boosted, so coverage should be as good (if not far better) than FM.

If I ever have enough "spare" money to spend on silly things I am totally going to buy and make my own versions of this:

I don't have my DAB yet so wouldn't know, will have to copy you on this one But yeah will be interesting to compare sounds
-
Ian how does it sound on the OEM+ kit, and did having that fitted cause any issues?

So you may have seen the other day I posted about getting a new garage door and my delight at being able to put my GT in it. Well then I went and brought something I think I'm unique in the world for having... If you're still wondering what this is perhaps this will help:

So I'm a cameraman, and the Television Centre auction came up a few weeks ago, this was listed amongst it. I'm a new sgeek so it seemed logicial. Hopefully it'll find a home at our new office, worst case it turns out it would make a great bar/drinks cabinet do dah. Made me laught though, finally go to the effort of clearing out the garage, getting my car in there, then filling it up with something random.

Hi Jo, Annoyingly the date worked perfectly with holiday leave, only I've now got an actual holiday over the 20th now, when will you be running PTDT again after this one as I am keen to do it when I can!

Yeah you are fine, it's saying that the £1000 excess applies, however the collision damage waiver will pay that excess for you, so you aren't liable for anything. Don't even fix it, that might give them cause to void the insurance and make you liable again, give it back and let the dealership deal with it.

I am very much reminded of this: http://www.27bslash6.com/matthewsparty.html

We have a long narrow drive, and whilst we do have a garage its been full of junk and mainly unused with a rotten door that wouldn't open and generally looked messy. Well this week I've had a snazzy new door and frame fitted by a local company to me. It not only makes the house look better, but it's encouraged me to clean out the garage so I can store something useful in it... Not sure if I can promote the guys that did it, but if you're in the Hampshire area and want their details PM me. Very happy bunny, it might keep it's polished shine for a few more days now rahter than endering up covered in pollen!

Once the remaining crap is cleared out it'll be a doddle, but yes plenty of room, even with the wing mirrors out
-
One of these is not like the other, Can you spot it...

Perhaps his SatNav is so loud he now can't type. Still I was wondering where to get fake shoes online, going to a shop and buying things is such a chore!

They look amazing. But I failed to wrap a wire in the drivers door so have a ratttle, and have a continuity failure on the passenger side indicator (luckily on the easy to get a lead, rather than the through the door nightmare). I also have 3 out of the 4 connectors for the indicator but failed with the 4th... The puddle lamps work though! So yeah, it's not an easy one, it would be amazing if I could take the doors and dashboard apart though However, I love how they look and will report back on their effeciveness in terms of light, but the puddle lamps seem cool. Suspect I might try swapping the LEDs for a super bright varient though.

I fitted my driver side LED wing mirror today, neither are wired up yet, but they are at least fitted and on the car and the doors back together... However there are one or two wires floating around inside the cabin. I've also FINALLY fitted my Tarmac Sportz bonnet dampers which I've had sitting around since January! But FUUUUUUUUU! Wring them up is a nightmare though! The flasher relay is a) impossible to get off the cable behind so short and compressed I can't get my fat fingers in there. Puddle lamps work, but the indicators are a right P I T A!!! I shall perservere...
