can't wait to get out on her on Friday. More power than the 86 on 2 wheels !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Well after months of looking and deciding what to get for the 86 we have decided on a set of Works Emotion D9r wheels in White. Wanted to keep with the 17" but went for 8.5j width. Bought via Driftworks and including their 10% discount they did until yesterday

I have a set of red steel works nuts for my 86 and will be fitted racing works wheels nuts in alloy once I have them . Both bought from Driftworks
-
Fitted Sat the same day I picked up my new H2. the wheels nuts I have in red did not fit as they gave me the size for Toyota and not Subaru so getting them soon and it looks tall as they had just been fitted and not settled before taking the pics.
-
that was really good A few pics of my new toy and including the works wheels ont he 86 I fitted on the same day as picking up the H2

Nice to see more fellow bikers on here

just to update this I've chopped in my Fireblade for a H2. so really going to make teh 86 seems very slow

Taking this a different way. What do you dislike about your GT86/BRZ For me the minor issue with my battery is not something I would put against the car I still enjoying driving or looking at for the past 14 months. The only thing I dislike about the car is that it's a twat magnet. IE I park miles away from anyone. Do my best to keep the car clean yet things and people just want to dent my car. Door dings, Crap on the road. I never had this with any car I have driven in the past 20 years. SO really it's not the car but others I dislike when it comes to owning a GT86.

Welome to the forum

it's going to be a few weeks as they will be my summer tyres and will probably go on in April time. I'll get the tires fitted in the next week or 2, My OE tyres have winters on and why I was looking for another set to use for summer
-
I shall get pics posted up once they are fitted. Took me best part of a year to decide what I wanted and to save. Plus the 10% discount via Driftworks over the new years was good
-

Just if anyone is interested their is a few bits on the 86/BRZ in the latest issue of Evo Mag Some info on the car vs the new MX5. And also a buying guide to the 86/BRZ as well. I enjoyed it So thought it was worth mentioning

handy tips as to be expected from the forum members. And possibly a mod to add to ours this year

looks a fun project.

I was going to say the Tom's looks the mutts. But for all that extra money I may try and but some in the US and ship them back to myself when i'm over there a few times this year
-
I've been on Pistonheads for over 10 years. Yes you get lots of dickheads on there but unfortunate what you expect with a huge forum that covers many different cars and such like I normally keep myself on Biker banter, jap chat and local area boards. Find the lounge and general gassing to be full of knobs. Why I like smaller forums with many like minded people such as here
-
Blimey hope you find out what caused this in the end. Seems a great projects and a bloody shame this happened to you

The pic is from the Net. No not mine. From my understanding All works wheels if they are standard side which mine is are often in stock. The only delay is that they are not held in the UK but Japan. So mine will take between 4-6 weeks in a shipment with other wheels to the UK then sent from Driftworks to me. Can't wait
