Would be very interesting to see these tyres tested from cold over one lap, IMO the result would be very different. Shame some other brands were not present in the test. But a good read none the less.

It's all got silly IMO, RULES are in pace. MSA told me the 1a list is final and will not be amended, not worried as I'm happy after testing anyway.

I'd be surprised if Adrian would let a non 1a tyre in street class when everyone is keeping to the rules.

Yep I moved on my colour now, this was last years set up.

When I spoke to the MSA on this subject, I was told that all manufacturers where given a date to submit any new tyre for class listing. It was noted that several tyre manufacturers decided not to include some of there new range, one can only assume that PS4 was one of them. I had to change my intended rubber selection for this very reason, but rules are there for us all and TSS will be as close because of it.

All sorted now with latest firmware, everything set up with no lag at all.

Tein Monosport with different spring rates this year, last year was Meister Zeta R's. Going to sell them shortly as no longer required, but they did ok on the ginger.

I was 2secs/lap quicker at Snetterton than the Golf r in the dry, on last year's set up. So that shows how capable the 86 is even NA

That's right Ade with 8/7 spring rates, very surprised at Mallory Park on Sunday how much better than the Meisters Zeta R. Was able to push Caterfields through corners

There is no simple or correct answer, I am now running a much higher spring rate and track biased coilover that is more compliant than the previous softer Street coilover of a different make. Get rides in different cars at meets and decide what is best for you, as for beating your mates on track........ Driver skill and training is the best upgrade.

280 is crank BHP if your looking for 300 WHP there is no way on Auto and stock internals.
