Northern Meet/Open Day @ Tuning Developments
KevinA replied to Mike@TD.co.uk's topic in Tuning Developments
Thinking about making the trip up, will see how the Amber day goes. -
I have similar set up, Tomei EL decat manifold, Cobra overpipe, Berk sport cat front pipe and ARK DTS exhaust. Fairly loud so just had another resonator welded in. I think the exhaust is bery important as some do a very different job of silencing than others.

Sensible will soon go with the 86 lol

Been following this thread and you've had an unfortunate start, I'm sure the car will make up for it when all sorted. Have a good holiday and hopefully all will be sorted soon.
-
How insulting, you know the bid starts at £2 ......seriously though good luck with the sale.

Have to agree, on the mobile you gotta look at every thread. Too long winded, need to access full mode if possible. Strange as the tablet shows more, guess it's screen size.

Glad your staying around Nigel, you would be missed for sure.

I want a HU that will run Tom Tom so then can ditch the Toyota T&G. -
Nigel dare I ask what your plans are instead of the AVO. Kev

Wet they are amazing, dry they struggle. This year I have used them at TSS and have not had the dry grip I would like.

Got Scroth eyebolts that use the original lap belt point. Can put a picture up for you later.

No or it wouldn't pass scrutineering, angle is what is more important.
-
5mm steel plate and double lock nut with washers, passed by MSA scrutineer.

I had all those lights yesterday after coming off the dyno, drove down the road and they all went out. No issues at all.

Guess a few will be up for MOT this year, lucky for me I have somewhere local. Rich gives a top service by all accounts and is a decent bloke too ( that I have personal experience of ) so good choice and worth a trip.

"Skill is in the mapping " yes Keith and I am lucky to have had cars mapped by some of the BEST. Power progression is very important. I'm with Lauren pedals and stick for me.

Haven't done bad for me on Conti 5's, track and road. Results speak for themselves.

I ran 18x9.5 et 35 with 235/40/18 on the front with stock dampers. It's tight but not everyone's taste.
-
You may want to put some camber bolts on the front with the 9.5. Got a spare set if you want them.
-
The best advice I can offer is to go to an event and look at the various wheels, speak to the owners for info etc.... I have two sets of wheels ( 18×9.5 sq set up ) but knew exactly what I wanted to achieve. If your ever near my location your welcome to pop in and I'll bolt a set on for you to gander at.
