Hello from Coilovers Specialists, MeisterR (Enkei Wheels Distributor)

Hi Jerrick, will have some info for you shortly. Welcome to this forum !! a very nice bunch they are too. -
Mixed opinions, have spoken to some that are not impressed with the Goodyears. Check out some tyre reviews for this year.

Think it'll be turbo for me !
-
Think a new battery may be in order, question is OEM or any better options. Sure you folks have some experience here. Thanks
-
Try it and see, proof of the pudding is in the eating they say !

The car is not a DD and battery has gone flat twice now after only a short amount of ignition on. With winter coming on I thought a new one would be wise not having any knowledge of the previous use / abuse lol. Have got a conditioner I can put on while garaged over winter when some bits get tweeked.

I have had some pretty lively drives at Knockhill Lee, great circuit.

I have used all the above tyres and run the NS2r's on the road, in normal wet conditions they are as good as most road tyres. If you want to charge around in monsoon conditions then you are crazy anyway. 888's have very little more grip in the dry and the wet they are scary. People shy away from brands that are not main stream just because of the name, but it does not mean they are rubbish. It's not that many years ago that people slated Yokohama, but now look. I wouldn't use a lot of popular brands because they don't perform regardless of the name. Like lots of other products we all have preferences, but it should be based on experience not preconceptions.

Changing front and rear this weekend, thought it was prudent before next weekends sprint.

Snap Lauren, Phil was really good.
-
Didn't want to go too high, so settled with this and got it fitted. Not everyone's taste but I'm happy.

Wonder what a realistic road set up would be,given 97 ron fuel and std comp. Adrian they are flywheel figures what is the hub numbers. Good job as always, well done.

Struggled to find a UK Deal, they get it all in the USA.
-
Plenty of carbon ones about.
-
That's what makes us individual, how boring if we all liked the same bits. I personally like some carbon on a car but not everybody's cup of tea, sure I will find some more soon.
-
Got some others, what view do you want ?
-
Welcome have been to your home town a few times, and really enjoyed it.
-
Agree with Lauren, T1r's are not the best especially if you want to do TSS or track days. My road tyres are 1b listed hence having to enter TSS in the N1 class, but you have to be happy with your tyres road or track.
-
Wouldn't you ;-)

Exhaust and new plate all done for Debs, now it sounds nice.

I too had reservations about the power, having been used to a 700bhp race car and road cars with 400+ But I really love driving the 86, I enjoy balancing the car and using the throttle as it should be. Have a long drive on some roads you know and the 86 comes alive.
-
Can you really drive this............ answers on a postcard lol
-
Have always been a turbo man, but beginning to think that the GT 86 may well be better suited to a supercharger !!
