Interesting question herewith: Should the front arb be positioned above the lower wishbone, or should it be free to rotate below the line of the wishbone?

Cheers,Will300. You can get carbon cards also. But I'd be happy with the bare metal! At 197hp (roughly) 50 kg out increases power to weight by 6.4 bhp per tonne according to my maths.

Yes; just above the rear window to the back! I'm sure I can get the interior out, I'm not so sure whether it's worth all the effort. Also it takes about 50 kg from the rear of the car, so it may not be properly balanced. My coilovers will adjust ride for height but it will take a lot of setting up.

Upgraded the springs and arbs, then all my rear shocks failed, so replaced them. Then front failed also :-( Therefore going to buy a set of proper coilovers. So... Lichfield eibach spring kit (all four springs) - done 500 miles since installing them, they're going up for sale v soon! Can also include 2 new rear shocks - to go with the rear springs. Original springs and arb's also for sale - 2 years old and 20,000 miles.
