I've got the resonated version. No real drone on the motorway and it's neighbour friendly etc. I've got a higher final drive too and still good for the MW. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Same as 2nd year bud. [emoji4] Gearoil is down for inspection @ 4 years/40k so it would be your choice whether you wanted that changing or not on top of the service. Cheers [emoji4] Mike Thanks Mike I'll be in touch next month [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi Mike, I'm fast approaching the 4th year service. Do you have a set price for it and what is involved? Or is it the same as year 2 full service? Many thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

While the weather was nice over the last two days I gave the car detox of the old LSP, clayed it then applied two coats of Collinite 915 to see her through the coming rough weather. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Recall Notice: Power Steering Defect

Does it say what the issue is? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
It's at its loudest when you start from cold and the car is stationary. As soon as you move off the revs drop to normal levels as does the noise. If you are straight of the drive in the morning then you won't have any issues. Mines garaged so I just get it out quick. No complaints. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

For me it's all new because I'm used to tuning Skoda's. A quick map seeing easy gains, change intercooler, exhaust system and intake for stage 2 and my Mk2 Octavia vRS has 282bhp. Now it's a boxer and N/A tuning I need to get my head around what mods actually benefit it as it's fairly tuned already. A catback and a downpipe saw good gains on my vRS but on the 86 it's better to change manifold first? That's probably one of the first things I change. For now we'll stick with N/A as I don't want to lose the "86ness" of the car just yet plus he has to get used to RWD (came from a Swift Sport). I owned a Z4M a few years ago but this somehow this seems more playful and fun even though it's not as powerful and in mnay ways it's better. It's probably because it's limits are more achievable and it's definitely a chassis that's confidence inspiring. No doubt you'll see many silly questions over the coming days. Detailed it and got a few more coats of Collinite wax on so it's beading well now. Lovely beads! Love Collinite. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Generally a sealant gives a better finish on light cars as they appear more glass like. I use Auto Finesse Tough coat on my Pearl white. Really easy to use. http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/auto-finesse-tough-coat-cat12.html -
GT86/BRZ/FR-S Manifold/Headers From Tuning Developments
Foulsmell replied to Mike@TD.co.uk's topic in Tuning Developments
Cost is only one part, if the car is down on others with similar mods then something is not as it should be. This makes a lot of difference on track, at the ladt Blyton TSS I was 8mph down on a fairly short straight compared to other similar cars. Having to drive like a loon to produce a good time is too near the limit when it's not necessarily needed. Fair enough. If your using it in timed track events then cost almost goes out the window. -

There speaks a man with his heart, I like that. Love what the TD mani has done to my car, linear power delivery from zero to the red line It's ok speaking from the heart but there has got to be some sense in swapping out. I'm just asking is it worth it? How much would it be for how much extra grunt? It helps myself and other members decide on mods for the future. [emoji1303] -

IMO yep What's the £ per Bhp likely to be then when you factor in all costs out of interest? -
