Brand new secondary cat system with centre pipe, original tail pipes. This system was a replacement for a cracked system and now Milltek have resolved this problem. Not required as I fitted 3" Cosworth. System is currently at Fensport and Dan as agreed to ship to anybody interested for a fee. Retails at £580.00 asking £425.00 plus shipping. Captain G

Hi, yes had the cat back Cosworth, with the Berk HFC front pipe on recommendation from Fensport. Don't know if I done right thing having front pipe with cat. But car failed Mot due to front cat being removed when turbo fitted and little did I know that a de cat had been done when the previous owner fitted the Milltek exhaust, so had more monoxide than China. Was hoping to be around 300bhp with this investment, but Fensport couldn't tell me exactly as no rolling road. Although when turbo fitted in April they told me map 2 was hitting 280bhp. Liked the look of the Cosworth, wasn't a fan of the blue burnt tips of the Avo 3". Although Dan from Fensport said the Cosworth was the better exhaust. By the way my Milltek was cracked, so in the process of getting a replacement that I will sell on. Captain G

Fensport fitted Cosworth 3" sport exhaust along with Berk HFC front pipe and remap, looks and sounds great, haven't give it a run yet, as wife brought it back from Fensport and drove at 65mph along the A14, as she's prone to speeding fines. Captain G

Picked up my GT from Fensport last Friday had having turbo fitted with my Miltek on board already, Adrian gave me 2 maps on the Ecutek, 1 being fast and 2 being F......G fast. Brilliant, looked after my car had black Top Sage headlights and black side repeaters fitted while they had bumper off. Met Dan and Tim, great salesmen as reckon car should be lowered 25mm, another visit looming. Thanks to all. Captain G

Anybody had any luck with Plastidip as looks great on Utube, want to do badges but tried it on my Hilux last year and it just peeled off, whether it was to cold or to quick between coats as you do have to build up but did use hot air gun. Captain G

Taken all on board, car is booked in at Fensport for turbo on the 18th May, just getting a bit wobbly with choice, whatever way I go they will be completing work. Ta All.

Am I making the right decision going Turbo, as been reading about the Cosworth SC Stage 2, just concerned about reliability as had a Turbo go on a truck of mine through lack of use. Although love the idea of 290bhp with my Miltek and 320bhp if I go 3" and do you get the lag with the turbo as want the acceleration low down. Just a bit of reassurance chaps. Captain G

What bhp will HKS give you with 2.5" exhaust and what 0 to 62mph.

Found all your posts on cracked Millteks last year, noticed mine on weekend. It was supplied by Litchfield and fitted by Abbey for the previous owner you was local to these guys. However me being 3hrs away I emailed Litchfield on weekend and called today as had no response. Spoke to Neil who was very helpful but informed me that the lifetime guarantee was for the purchaser only and two yrs to others as which ran out in November. He did call Milltek direct and they would honour and change for new but I would have to pay labour costs to fit and travel down south. Alternatively I asked if I arranged a courier to collect mine and return it to Litchfield and send replacement back, they agreed, but this would have to be at cost to myself. They did say that I could purchase new and they would refund once they received my old one. By the way did contact Fensport to enquire as they are closer and Dan was straight back, but he did say I would have to go through supplier. Let me know your thought guys.
