Hello everyone on this gorgeous August Bank Holiday. I recently fitted has bonnet struts to my GTS86 and as I whilst doing it I noticed two sections of the underside of the bonnet that looked suspiciously like they may be almost perfect shapes for cutting out and putting in vents. As I haven’t seen anything on the forums (here or elsewhere) that specifically mentions what looks like Toyota preparing for future optional heat vents, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed these and, if so, has actually found any louvres/vents that would fit? I have an HKS S/C + a Cobra catback res exhaust system on mine, and haven’t noticed any undue heat problems, however I have yet to track race it, which I will be doing later this year after my brake pad and fluid / plus Tein Flex A and EDFC Active Pro installations, which is my late summer / autumn project I don’t have any photos to hand to show what I am talking about, though I may add them later today, especially if it appears that my (Australian bought and imported to the U.K. when I returned last year) GTS has them and they aren’t standard here. From looking at the shapes and position, it looks exactly like a design addition targeting future options on the car, that may not have seen the light of day perhaps.

Considering finding somewhere i can finance a turbo kit for my 86 however having not got loads of cash available also considering just a remap as i have alreadt for a cobra exhaust system. Can anyone advise if the remap is worth it? Remember i already have a cobra exhaust and looking at drop in air fliters too. Or if not where can i find a tubro kit that wont break the bank and be cost effect? Cheers

For Sale Tuning Developments Equal Length Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold, and Stainless Steel Overpipe. This was fitted by Tuning Developments on 17 June 2017 and removed by them on 14 December 2017. It's all perfectly good but I had it removed because I was going to Part Ex my car for something else and wanted it back to standard. I've now changed my mind about selling my Giallo but that's another story and I'd feel a right fool if I had it all put back on so I'm selling it. £600. If we don't have a particular item to hand, we will endeavor to source the part for you. Our 5000sq ft unit, will be complete with ramps, 4 wheel aligner system and sales centre. This open day is about showing you what Tuned UK are about, what we can offer and will give us a great opportunity to meet potential customers. We will have drinks and snacks on through out the day, will have demos going on with our four wheel aligner system, and we are even hoping to be joined by Cosworth who will be bringing there amazing supercharged GT86 with them. A big hello from us at TunedUK. Just a quick introduction and a bit of information about us.
