Please note that the best way to create a social event in this forum is to add it via the calendar as it will then be added in to the calendar and also a discussion topic placed here provided you have selected the right calendar. Calendar can be found here: http://www.gt86.org.uk/forums/calendar/ Rules Forum can be used for discussing the arrangement of social events but once agreed upon social events must be added either by the calendar or a new topic created which clearly states the date & time of the social meet. Once new topic's are created, please request an admin/moderator to remove the initial discussion topic by providing them a link via PM. Old discussion topics will be removed after 1 month of inactivity Events must have an attendance list on the first post within the discussion board and it is the responsibility of the event creator to keep it updated. If any clarification on the above rules or assistance is required them PM an Admin/Moderator directly.
